Our fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a dinner at home, for those nights you feel like staying in.
Coffee bar
We take our caffeine seriously, which is why we provide a bean grinder, French press, and pour over equipment in addition to the standard drip coffee machine.
Outdoor setup
Our spacious backyard patio includes a table that seats 8, several adirondack chairs & a hammock for lounging, and a Weber grill (with gas line, so no propane tanks!)
Beach gear
We provide 8 adult beach chairs, an umbrella, and a set of beach toys. So you have less to schlep from home :)

Very important to keep you cool on those hot summer nights!
The fun stuff
We’ve got a selection of books, games & puzzles stashed away in case you have a rainy day. We also provide lawn games (Bocce) and pickleball racquets.
High speed wifi
In case you have to check your email or hop on a Zoom (though we really hope you are able to relax and unplug!)
